What is your return policy?

We will issue a FULL REFUND FOR RETURNS within 15 days ONLY once you have received your order or if you have not received your order and it has been more than 60 days from your day of purchase.

Any other form of refund for orders that have not been delivered within less than 60 days will be in STORE CREDIT.

You may use your store credit to purchase any other item from our store. Our customer service team will help you find a product with better shipping times for your location.

Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns requested after 15 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.

Please bare in mind that our return shipping address is in Spain and we do not cover shipping costs. We will communicate the exact address to you personally via email.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for the returned items.


How do I return something?

1. Contact us by email at pawsome.customerservice@gmail.com. Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24-48 hours.

3. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided with your order:

4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.

5. We will email you when your return is processed.

6. Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
